I actually made bookcase for my manga this summer. Stores would try to sell you 30-40cm deep bookshelves, which would fit two rows of manga one behind the other. That's just dumb. The only problem is that I haven't even finished making the bookcase (two of the shelves were still leaking sap so I let them dry out) yet it is already full to the brim. Including with stuff that would go on the two missing shelves.

Anon actually makes me jealous. I mostly fix broken things, and when I do make something from scratch, it's small, ugly, and spends most of the time in a drawer. It must feel good to have a piece of furniture that you made just standing there, constantly in sight. Even if it's a constant reminder to finish the damned thing, it must feel good.

So I did read Konofuka's manga after all. It's really weird, they needed just 1-2 more episodes to get to a timeskip, instead of ending it in the middle of nowhere.

Post-timeskip Nikola is fucking awesome tho, I approve. I don't approve of some other spoilers, from volume 9, but the spoiler tags are still broken [spoiler]I guess?[/spoiler].

I forgot the file type, but some fonts are not possible to attach to .ass files. This causes that those who do not have the particular fonts installed can't see them. Adding a separate font folder is silly too, and I can't be assed to attach them to .mkv if I feel like I want to change something later.

I took my time finishing this series. It really was executed really fucking well. If I really have to complain, I'd say the overarching story is… too simple? And, really, this should have been a series of films, as the best viewing experience really is arc by arc, marathoning each of them separately, with good alcohol at hand. That aside, everything else was absolutely a delight to behold. And when I say everything, I really do mean everything. Voice acting, writing, animation, soundtrack… everything just clicked in place. I sincerely hope we get an S2 soon enough.

Honestly, I didn't really feel most of the season as much as the previous ones. The princess was kinda middling as an addition to the cast, and Chris was just okay. The moment-to-moment comedy kept it up but focusing so much on Lalatina's sluttery kinda dragged out not quite as interesting interplay between the characters - and the interplay between the characters is truly the best part of the series.

Speaking of which, I also finished the turbo lesbian's show. It was fine, though not particularly good. The author couldn't play up enough the strong sides of the franchise, the third arc kinda sucked overall, and the last arc was a little too forced. But I don't regret watching it. Now I only gotta finish Helck too. And the last episode of the pig isekai is still in limbo. Hope it airs soon.

The pig isekai is finally over. The animation production obviously broke down, even the delayed last episode was mostly flashbacks. But it was nevertheless superb.

It's here: Nayuta's official localization. Years ago the game got a poor, ESL fan translation, and then another guy created an edited MTL on top of that. The official one takes some liberties as usual, but it's at least coherent. I just wish I could play it on my PSP since that's comfier than a Switch or PC, but I can't say that the improved graphical fidelity isn't welcome.
Can't wait to dress this dumb fairy in more revealing outfits!
