No.21226

It's okay, just watching her reaction faces makes me happy, so I can suffer any shitty story that goes as a background to these.

>>21236Not sure what you mean by "only knowing Lily in the game", I can't seem to quite connect it to a scene. But she wasn't concerned by age, she was concerned of them finding that she is a NEET. Which implies that she is afraid that she will be locked down upon for it.
No.21246
>>21245The second doesn't make a proper sentence without adding at least "The MC is concerned about only knowing Lily in the game, but doesn't care at all about their genders." And she does actually care about their genders, or at the very least uses it as another explanation why it is not that big of a deal. So what

>>21516You are a fucking strange faggot. What would the point of the anime be if they just do everything IRL? That's clear from the title. The worth of this series so far has been in seeing how the characters act in front of their screens, not in front of each other's faces.
Which reminds me, what the fuck is "Recovery of an MMO Junkie"? I mean, seriously, what the fuck? Isn't this completely opposite to what the Japanese title says? Who the fuck wrote that?
No.21542

Pic related was a timely thing to see happen. When I was reading Steins;Gate before there was a part where Okabe went to Kurisu for dating advice, and they read a book for advice for men, and it said that men should place themselves between the girl and the road when on a date. I guess it's to make them feel more secure or something.

>>21745I personally remember that only when it's raining, so that if any water splashes from a passing car, it goes on me instead of the girl I'm escorting.
Though my girlfriend seems to always want to walk on the side of the road for some reason.I thought Sakurai's stalking was just played for the laughs, but he really is kind of creepy. Koiwai sure has it hard trying to get them together. Anyway, we need more MMO scenes the next episodes. Preferably about the other guild members. But I guess we'll instead get the backstory from the previous game. Oh well.

It's honestly sad to goddamn watch.

>>22297>Is Just Because! worth it at all or is it just your generic romcom? It's hard to say without knowing how it ends. It isn't particularly groundbreaking, and the side characters may as well not even exist, but the main characters are pretty decent, the soundtrack is good, and the directing is notably nice if you can get over the QUALITY animation.
Also Komiya is a contender for best girl of the year.

>>22297If in "generic" you include the shitty melodrama, the bad writing and the aversion towards "show, don't tell" that is so widespread in romcoms, then no, it's not a generic romcom.
On the other hand, if under "generic" you just mean the general story structure, then yes, it's generic as fuck for now. If Best Girl wins, it'll be slightly less generic, but nobody really expects the world to be so exceptionally kind to us.

No.22401
>>22399Tsurezure Children has no drama, but it has some misunderstandings, but not the worst kind.
Nijiiro Days as far as I remember was dramaless.
12-sai is with 6th graders. It has some drama, but I heard some other people didn't even consider it drama and just cute 6th grader stuff. The Mexicans love it for some reason.
Hatsukoi Limited. has many couples, but it is short, so no time for much drama. Especially nice ending.
Also maybe some more comedic stuff like Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun.
I am not complete sure, but I think Ore Monogatari!! was pretty much positive.
Surprisingly I thought of more stuff than I expected. I hope I haven't lied with some of them.

>Nijiiro Days as far as I remember was dramaless. There was a little bit of drama, but it was mostly free. The main couple wasn't the good part of it anyway. Unfortunately it didn't have much of an ending at all.
>I am not complete sure, but I think Ore Monogatari!! was pretty much positive. There was a little bit of drama at the end, but it was otherwise nice. But like Nijiiro Days, pretty much no ending.
Lovely Complex comes to mind, but that probably has more drama than I remember. I do recall that the last arc was pretty stupid, at least.
No.22411
>>22410Lovely Complex is full of drama and the manga has even more of it.
As for Nijiiro and Ore Monogatari, it is normal that they had no endings, because their manga series are still going on.
No.22848
>>2240112-sai's first season was so fast-paced that there was no place for drama. They practically went through entire story arcs in each episode, which made it quite the enjoyable anime. I've heard claims that RAAAAAAAAAA the shonen manga does a similar thing, using the respective genre cliches to establish a breath-takingly fast pace, but I don't wanna bother verifying them.
