>>17502Yes it was. Tthe way Chitose went from terrible to acceptable in a single day was to imitate another person doing the same character stereotype as hers, meaning even the voice itself is part of the stereotype with no real creativity needed.
The thing is I don't really sympathize with purple, I side more with the people responsible for the making the story and their own image of the characters. Ultimately the actor is suppose to fit a character. Yes, a good actor can add a lot life to that character, but it still should depend on the creator's image. I wonder if we are going to see some proper clash of values between the seiyuu as a professional worker or an artist of its own. Proper meaning not trying to make us feel sorry for only one of the sides.

>>17533I've never heard of Davinci before this season and their only other release I saw was the Amazon rip of Fune wo Amu. Is their quality passable?

>>17535Yes.
They've also been doing Saiki Kusuo since last season, which I also think they've been doing well.

I was expecting Chitose to have been lying about practising the full song and so was going to get outed when she fucked up during the event, but I guess she's not meant to be that much of an arsehole. Though she has no idea that the acting god comments were sarcasm, so she still has her narcissism, at least.

There's some irony in a show about an anime with production issues having the animation quality go to shit itself.
>>18036It's a shame everyone else just bends over for her despite her having done nothing to earn the affection of anyone at all. I never even got the payoff I wanted of Gojou snapping at her.
